Extremely disappointed with Preethi’s product quality and customer service.

I bought a mixer grinder in June 2025, and it stopped working within a month due to a spark and burning smell. I raised a complaint (No. 202507015748), and was told a technician would visit within 3 days — it’s been a week, and no one has come.

Their customer support is completely unhelpful. They don’t understand Hindi or English and ask me to speak Tamil or Telugu, which is shocking for a company selling pan-India. Every time I call, I’m just told to wait, with no resolution.

The whole experience has been frustrating and I regret buying this product. Definitely would not recommend Preethi to anyone looking for reliable appliances or decent service.

Extra attachment should be added

A french fry attachment and a thick slicing attachment should be added. All other things are excellent.

Too good. Really a saviour for working people. Be it kneading atta or dicing of grating vegetables, it is doing a wonderfully superb job!!!!!

I absolutely love this mixer grinder! It's like having five appliances in one. The 750-watt motor is a workhorse, and the build quality is fantastic. Highly recommend it!

Overall, the Preethi Zodiac Cosmo Mixer Grinder is an excellent addition to my kitchen. The various jars and attachments make cooking a breeze. My only minor gripe is that it's a bit noisy, but the performance compensates for it.
