No doubt, the coffee maker brews good decoction. However, there is a major issue with its design. Each time we pour the decoction into a pan, it seeps from the upper edge because the rim is folded. If the edge were sharp, this problem would not occur.

This seems like a basic design oversight, almost as if the product was never tested in a real-use scenario before being launched. A coffee maker’s purpose is not only to brew decoction but also to pour it easily and cleanly. Unfortunately, this design flaw makes everyday use inconvenient.

I would strongly suggest involving a practical designer or someone who actually uses the product in daily life, to avoid such issues. A sharp-edged rim would solve this problem and make the product far more user-friendly.

That said, I do appreciate the quality of the brew. The machine is good overall, but the pouring issue makes it feel like a design disaster.
