1. Always first switch on gas stove and the only place vessel. Even if you’re in middle of doing dosa and switch off, take the hot tawa out to switch on again.
2. Remove the vessel and only then switch off.
3. Do not switch on immediately after switching off. Wait for 5 mins atleast.
