Good product

The mixer did not start after opening the package. We had to get service technician who found that the Electric Plug was dysfunctional. I was told no exchange is possible and Technician replaced with new wire / plug but it required cutting internal wire to join it and then tape it. This is not something one expects to see in a brand new mixer. Service was prompt and technicians were very helpful but could not help with mixer exchange. Mixer is working fine but having wires cut and taped up is not what you expect on a brand new mixer.
