Unfortunately, I have noticed quality issues with the product.
The color from the vessel holder is peeling off.
The glass color at the bottom edge has also peeled off.
I have already spoken to a Preethi service person, and they mentioned that even if a new vessel holder is provided, the color will peel off again. I have attached pictures of the defects for your reference.
I kindly request a return and refund for this product, as I do not wish for a replacement. Please let me know the return process at the earliest.
