⚠️ DO NOT BUY – Waste of Money & Terrible Service at Oxygen Kothamangalam

I purchased a Preethi Electric Coconut Scraper from Oxygen Kothamangalam on May 9, 2026, for ₹5,500 cash. Upon opening and testing it at home, the product was a total failure and did not function as expected.

When I contacted the agency to resolve the issue, the staff responded very rudely, stating they have a "no return" policy once an item is sold. I feel completely trapped with a defective product.

My Advice: Avoid this product and, more importantly, avoid Oxygen Agency Kothamangalam. Their after-sales service is non-existent and they do not stand behind the products they sell. Save your hard-earned money and shop elsewhere.

കഴിഞ്ഞ മെയ് 9-ന് കോതമംഗലം ഓക്സിജൻ (Oxygen) ഷോറൂമിൽ നിന്നും 5,500 രൂപ നൽകി ഞാൻ ഒരു പ്രീതി (Preethi) ഇലക്ട്രിക് കോക്കനട്ട് സ്ക്രാപ്പർ വാങ്ങുകയുണ്ടായി. എന്നാൽ വീട്ടിൽ കൊണ്ടുവന്നു നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ ഇത് ഒട്ടും പ്രായോഗികമല്ലെന്നും തികഞ്ഞ പരാജയമാണെന്നും ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ടു.
ഈ പരാതി അറിയിക്കാൻ ഷോറൂമിൽ വിളിച്ചപ്പോൾ വളരെ മോശമായ രീതിയിലാണ് ജീവനക്കാർ പെരുമാറിയത്. "ഒരിക്കൽ വിറ്റ സാധനം തിരിച്ചെടുക്കില്ല" എന്ന ധിക്കാരപരമായ മറുപടിയാണ് അവർ നൽകിയത്. 5,500 രൂപ ക്യാഷ് നൽകി വാങ്ങി ഒടുവിൽ ഉപയോഗശൂന്യമായ ഒരു മെഷീനും കൊണ്ട് എന്തുചെയ്യണമെന്നറിയാതെ നിൽക്കുകയാണ് ഞാൻ.
എന്റെ അനുഭവം വെച്ച് പറയട്ടെ:
• ഈ ഉൽപ്പന്നം ആരും വാങ്ങി പണം നഷ്ടപ്പെടുത്തരുത്.
• അതിലുപരി, കോതമംഗലം ഓക്സിജൻ ഏജൻസിയുമായി ഇടപെടുമ്പോൾ ജാഗ്രത പാലിക്കുക. കസ്റ്റമർ സർവീസ് വളരെ മോശമാണ്. സാധനം വിറ്റുകഴിഞ്ഞാൽ പിന്നെ ഉപഭോക്താവിനോട് അവർക്ക് ഒരു ഉത്തരവാദിത്തവുമില്ല.
കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് അധ്വാനിച്ച പണം ഇത്തരം ചതിക്കുഴികളിൽ കൊണ്ടുപോയി കളയരുത്.
