Preethi - Zodiac

Hi all
It's since one year I bought this zodiac
Have to say the flour kneading is too good cutting also awesome
But coming to the juicer.. it's been always a nightmare. It's totally useless. Once u fix everything itself is such a tedious job ..then comes the horror of pressing down.. say for instance.. carrots.. for 4 carrots one a teaspoon of juice comes out.. the strainer is waste. Then comes the next horror part.. removing the jar from the machine ... It's like a spare part workshop.. literally I fight.. then after 10 mins comes the next part of again straining the whole mashed up carrots into a home strainer. Then comes the left over pieces . Almost everything is left over. As it doesn't scrap properly.
Actually am expecting a proper response for this else this will be posted on all the social medias.
Because I have struggled so much. Have bought this at poorvika home appliances annanagar. Though I went again with the whole box . The lady there acted as if it was easy task. Operating with nothing in the jar is not a job at all. With the fruits is not at all recommended for household. I think it's like a factory setup for this juicer.

I was a preethi owner for a longer time, I bought the preethi zodiac mixer grinder from a local store and it wasn’t doing well, I took that back to the shop keeper and he said he won’t do anything, and he said eventhough the company offer warranty and guarantee and stuffs they really don’t follow it, I tried to test it out and I called the customer care and their response wasn’t pleasing at all, Now I own the super duper mixer grinder the Preethi has even created and it’s a bunch of shit product even though they offer lot of stuffs all together, they can not hold the lid inplace while grinding and that’s the base stuffs any grinder needed, it feels like a dumb option, the mixing grinder I owned does a better job than this eventhough it went moton replacement, that’s the worst experience I ever had with the produch and the company, so I will not recommend anyone to buy this unless you want a trouble and which can not be solved and they would not offer a solution.
