TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This “Preethi Exchange Mela (Upgrade to Zodiac)” hereafter referred as “Program” is brought to you by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited ("Versuni"). Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Program. You agree that, by participating in this Program, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Program eligibility requirements as provided here in below.

2. Duration: The Program will commence on 8th March 2026 and will continue till 15th April 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Term of Program”) till stock lasts, or such other date and time as may be decided by Versuni at its sole discretion for all the purchases made from any retailer in Indian states.

3. Eligibility: You need to fulfill the following and other eligibility criteria as mentioned in these terms and conditions to enter the Program:

  • This exchange program is applicable only on Purchase of the following 6 models of Preethi Zodiac family of Mixer Grinder – Preethi Zodiac, Preethi Zodiac 2.0, Preethi Zodiac Glitter, Preethi Zodiac Stardust, Preethi Zodiac Cosmo, Preethi Zodiac Black. (“Promotional Product”)
  • To avail this exchange Program, you need to bring the old mixer grinder at the designated Authorized Retail Stores of Versuni for exchange, the exchanged mixer grinder must be handed over at the time of purchase.
  • Participants get a valid invoice and warranty card of the Promotional Product at the time of exchange.
  • The Participant should have purchased one or more Promotional Product of Preethi in between the Term of this Program. This Program is only valid on Purchase of Promotional Product
  • This exchange Program is valid on the purchase of Promotional Product/s only.
  • Participant can exchange a mixer grinder of any brand to avail a discount upto Rs 4500/-(Rupees Four Thousand and Five Hundred Only) on Purchase of Promotional Product.
  • This Program is only valid for in-store purchases of Preethi Products from the designated Stores of Versuni located at Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana.

Employees of Versuni, their immediate family members and Versuni’s affiliates or advisors are not eligible to enter the Program.

4. Participation Mechanism: To enter the Program, following are the steps:

a. Participant visits the designated stores located near them along with their old Mixer Grinder.

b. Participant purchases Promotional Product/Products

c. The Seller scans the QR code available at the store

d. A microsite Zodiac Exchange Mela T&C will open on his screen, Seller fills the following details as required :

  • Dealer Code (on Filling, Dealer name & Location gets auto populated)
  • Participant Name
  • Participant Mobile No
  • Select Old Mixer grinder brand (From dropdown menu)
  • Select Old Mixer grinder working condition (From dropdown menu)
  • Upload Old Mixer Grinder Photo
  • Enter newly purchased Zodiac Product Serial Number (Scan or Manual Entry)
  • Selects Product Name and Category from the drop down menu
  • Invoice / Warranty card Image Upload
  • Enter ‘SUBMIT’ button

e. Once Seller submit the form, a Message will come on Seller’s Screen confirming the Participant participation in the Program

f. A message goes to Participant confirming the Participant participation in the Program

5. Validation & Settlement to Seller

a. Versuni will validate the inputs provided by the Seller on the microsite.

b. Post validation, Versuni will settle the exchange amount to Seller as aligned and informed to them by the Versuni Sales team for the above mentioned Program period

c. Seller is solely responsible for collecting & scrapping the old mixer grinder to as per mutually agreed between Versuni and Seller

6. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void.

7. The condition, functionality, or completeness of the old mixer grinder shall be decided solely by the authorized Preethi dealer.

8. The exchange discount is applicable only on a single unit per participant.

9. This Program cannot be combined with any other promotional Program, discount, or scheme unless specifically mentioned

10. The exchange Program is valid for a limited period and is subject to stock availability.

11. Versuni will notify the dealer w.r.t Participants eligibility for exchange Program and exchange amount. By agreeing to participate and enter into this Program, you agree that you have a valid original Invoice issue to the Participant on purchase of Preethi Zodiac family of Mixer grinder and you may be required to share the same with Versuni as and when requested.

12. . Versuni reserves the right to change any of the terms of these T&Cs, modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Program, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Program Participants.

13. Versuni may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the exchange process or the operation of the Program (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

14. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versuni and its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability that may be asserted against or incurred by any of them at any time, in connection with entry, or participation or use of the Program.

15. . Versuni shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, epidemic, pandemic, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God, restriction on usage of any social media platform, systemic electrical, telecommunications, network or other utility failures or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

16. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits/Program shall be entertained.

17. By registering for this Program, you agree to the Privacy Policy of Versuni, https://www.versuni.com/legal/privacy-notice/ and further allows Versuni and its Partners to process your Personal Information for the purpose of this Program.

18. In respect of any dispute/clarification, decision of Versuni will be final and binding.

19. These terms and conditions are subject to the Laws of India.

20. All claims and disputes are subject to jurisdiction of competent courts at Chennai.
