Terms & Conditions

1. This " Swarna Utsavam”  Program ("Program ") is brought to you by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited ("Versuni"). Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before entering the Program. You agree that, by participating in this Program, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

2. Duration: The Program will commence on 9th Jan 2026 and will continue till 5th Feb 2026 (both dates inclusive)(“Term of Program”), or such other date and time as may be decided by Versuni at its sole discretion for all the purchases made from any retailer in Indian states.

3. Eligibility: You need to fulfill the following and other eligibility criteria as mentioned in these terms and conditions to enter the Program:

  • i. You should have purchased any model of Mixer Grinder,Mini Blender, Gas Stove, Chimney or Table Top Grinder of Brand ‘Preethi’ by Versuni (herein after ‘Preethi Product’)
  • ii. You should have a valid Invoice/Warranty Card of the product purchased.
  • iii. You should have purchased Preethi Product in between the Term of this Program.
  • Iv. This Program is only valid for In store purchases of Preethi Products from the designated Stores of Versuni located at Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Orisssa, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat.

Employees of Versuni, their immediate family members and Versuni ’s affiliates or advisors are not eligible to enter the Program.

  • 4. Participation Mechanism: To enter the Program, following are the steps:
    • i. Visit the designated Store: Consumer should visit the designated stores located near them.
    • ii. Purchase Preethi Product (as defined above)
    • iii. Scan the QR code available at the store  
    • iv. A webpage will open on your screen, please fill the following and other details as required to be mentioned on the webpage opened on your screen
      • a) Dealer Code
      • b) Consumer Name
      • c) Consumer Mobile No (OTP Validation required)
      • d) Product Serial Number (Scan or Manual Entry)
      • e) Product Name and Category (Manual Entry)
      • f) Invoice / Warranty card Image Upload
      • g) Answer the slogan Program / qualifying question and then spin the wheel
    • v. Once you submit the form, a new webpage will open, Click on “Spin the Wheel” on that web page
    • vi. Based on the result of the spin, you will proceed to claim your Gift, subject to the terms and conditions outlined hereunder.
  • 5. Gift Terms and Rules:
    • i. Each spin of the wheel will contain 1 (one) Giveaway, and such spin swill fall under any of the below giveaway category(“Gift”):
      • a) Extended Warranty for 1 year
      • b) Gas Lighter – 1 Unit
      • c) Express Iron Box – 1 Unit
      • d) Indi Cook 1600W - 1 Unit
      • e) Mini Blend Pro - 1 Unit
      • f) Electric Cooker RC336 - 1 Unit
      • g) GTS -Zeal 3 B with Bati – 1 Unit
      • h) Gold Coin 1G – 1 Unit
    • ii. Method of Claiming the Gift- (i) If you won any Products as mentioned above in 5.1 (b to h), Versuni representatives will be reaching out to you over call to confirm your credentials & to confirm your willingness to claim the Gift, once confirmed by Versuni, your Gift will be delivered at your nearest Dealer store, you can collect your Gift from Dealer within 30 days of winning such Gift till stock lasts. Versuni may can also deliver the Gift at your home address at its sole discretion.

(ii) If you won Extended Warranty for one  year- You will get a SMS on your registered mobile no. for the extended warranty of the new product purchased. . If you have purchased 110V Mixer Grinder and Xpro Duo Model Mixer Grinder  of Preethi and if you won a Extended Warranty by Spinning the wheel, then a voucher worth Rs 200 would be issued to the customer instead of Extended Warranty as these products are not eligible for Extended Warranty Gift

  • Only one spin per customer per invoice per registered mobile number is valid and allowed to participate in the Program

6. If your entry is incomplete or if you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void.

7. This Program is valid for only one product registration per mobile number per customer during the Program period

8. Subject to the winner claiming the Gift within the given time period, the Gift will be dispatched/delivered to the winner on or before 30 days of spin or such other date as agreed by Versuni. A winner will be eligible to claim only 1 (one) Gift after receiving the text message confirmation by Versuni, received after clicking claim your Gift button in the spin the wheel page.

9. Versuni will notify the participants, eligible to claim the Gift, by e-mail / SMS following the draw by 15th Feb, 2025 ("Notification Date"). By agreeing to participate and enter into this Program, you agree that you have a valid original Invoice and you may be required to share the same with Versuni as and when requested.

10. Versuni reserves the right to change any of the terms of these T&Cs, modify, cancel, extend, or discontinue the Program, or any part thereof, without ascribing any reason and without any requirement for any prior notice to the Program Participants.

11. Versuni may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: (a) tampering with the participation process or the operation of the Program (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

12. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versuni and its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability that may be asserted against or incurred by any of them at any time, in connection with entry, or participation or use of the Program.

13. Versuni shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, epidemic, pandemic, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God, restriction on usage of any social media platform, systemic electrical, telecommunications, network or other utility failures or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

14. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits/Program shall be entertained.

15. By registering for this Program, you agree to the Privacy Policy of Versuni, https://www.versuni.com/legal/privacy-notice/  and further allows Versuni and its Partners to process your Personal Information for the purpose of this Program.

16. In respect of any dispute/clarification, decision of Versuni will be final and binding.

17. These terms and conditions are subject to the Laws of India.
