TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This "Preethi Gold Rush" contest ("Contest") is brought to you by Versuni India Home Solutions Limited ("Versuni"). Please read these terms and conditions ("T&Cs") before registering for or participating in the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest by registration, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

Duration: The Contest will commence on 31^st July 2026 and will continue till 31^st August 2026 (both dates inclusive), or such other date(s) as may be decided by Versuni at its sole discretion. The Contest shall be valid only for all the purchases of Eligible Products made from authorized retailers located in the State of Kerala during the Contest Period.

2. Eligibility: You are eligible to enter into contest on the fulfillment of following conditions inter alia among the other terms and conditions mentioned in this document.
   1. You should have purchased any of the below product models of Versuni's Brand "Preethi" under the Mixer grinder or Gas stove category (herein referred to as 'Preethi Product/Product') from an authorized retail outlets located in Kerala during the Contest Period.
      1. Mixer Grinder: Preethi Zodiac Cosmo, Preethi Zodiac 2.0 1000W, Preethi Taurus Plus 1000W, Preethi Zodiac X, Preethi Zodiac - Regular, Preethi Xpro Duo, Preethi Blueleaf Platinum, Preethi Titanium, Preethi Zodiac Stardust, Preethi Zodiac Black, Preethi Steel Supreme.
      2. Gas Stove: Preethi Valentino carbon (3B), Preethi Sparkle power duo (3B), Preethi Jumbo (4B), Preethi Jumbo Max (4B), Preethi Sparkle (3B), Preethi Silverin (3B), Preethi Silverin (2B), Preethi Glamsteel (2B), Preethi Glamsteel (3B)
   2. You must possess the original purchase Invoice and Warranty Card of the product purchased.
   3. No other Preethi product model shall be eligible under this Contest.

Employees of Versuni, its affiliates, consultants, distributors, dealers, retailers, advertising agencies associated with the Contest, and their immediate family members shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

3. Participation Mechanism: To enter the Contest, follow the steps below:
   1. Visit the Designated Store: Consumer should visit the designated stores/retailer shops located in Kerala.
   2. Purchase an eligible Preethi Product from a designated stores/retailer shops located in Kerala during the Contest Period.
   3. Scan the QR code available on the Promotional poster at the designated stores/retailer shops.
   4. Complete the registration by providing the following details:
      • Dealer Code (Dealer details will be auto-populated)
      • Consumer Name
      • Consumer Mobile No (OTP Validation mandatory)
      • Product Serial Number (Manual Entry)
      • Product Category (Mixer Grinder or Gas Stove)
      • Product Model (Drop-down option)
      • Upload of Purchase Invoice and/or Warranty card

4. Only one (1) product can be registered against one mobile number during the Contest Period.

5. Prize: 5 Winners will be Chosen and each selected winner shall receive one Gold Voucher worth ₹9,999.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit.

6. Scheme Mechanism, Winner Selection and Announcement:

Consumers who purchase the product during the scheme period will have to register in the designated portal to be eligible for the daily draw.

Winner Selection and Announcement:

• For each day of the contest, Versuni will randomly select five (5) winners from among the eligible registrations for contest received on the immediately preceding day.
• The winning unique Product Serial Numbers will be announced on the following day through an advertisement on Malayala Manorama newspaper.

Illustration:

If a consumer purchases an eligible product on 10^th August 2026, Versuni will conduct the random draw on 11^th August 2026 and the list of winning Product Serial Numbers will be published in Malayala Manorama on 12^th August 2026. This process will continue daily throughout the contest period.

7. Prize Collection: Malayala Manorama shall act as a facilitator for distribution of the Gold Voucher to the winners identified by Versuni.

Following publication of the winning Product Serial Numbers in the newspaper, winners may contact the Preethi Customer Care number mentioned in the winner announcement advertisement for further assistance.

• Preethi Customer Care shall verify the winner's claim based on the purchase invoice, warranty card, registered mobile number, Product Serial Number and such other supporting documents as may be required by Versuni.
• Upon successful verification, Malayala Manorama shall coordinate with the winner regarding collection of the Gold Voucher.
• The winner shall produce the original purchase invoice, warranty card, photograph of the winning Product Serial Number and a valid Government-issued identity proof while collecting the Gold Voucher. Winners can collect the Gold Voucher from the nearest Malayala Manorama Regional Office located in 11 cities of Kerala viz., Trivandrum, Kollam, Alleppey, Pathanamthitta, Kottayam, Cochin, Trichur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Calicut and Kannur within 30 days of the publication of the winner announcement in the newspaper, failing which the Prize shall stand forfeited without any further notice.
• The prize cannot be redeemed in cash or any part thereof.
• Kindly NOTE: The dealer/retail shop has no role in the selection of winners or distribution of the Gold Voucher.

8. If your registration is incomplete due to any reasons whatsoever, or if you use robotic, automatic intelligence, programmed or similar means to participate, or if any information or documents submitted by you are found to be false, forged, altered or misleading, your entry shall be treated as invalid and you shall be disqualified from the Contest.

9. Versuni reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, extend, withdraw, cancel or discontinue the Contest or any of these T&Cs, in whole or in part, at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior notice, subject to applicable law.

10. Versuni may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any participant who found to be: (a) tampering with the documents required for the participation or the operation of the Contest (b) acting in violation of these T&Cs; (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or (d) participating in the Contest through fraud or unfair means.

11. By participating in the Contest, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Versuni and its affiliates, and each of its and their officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, losses, damages or liability arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Contest or any breach of these T&Cs.

12. Versuni shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under the Contest arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, epidemic, pandemic, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God restriction on usage of any social media platform, systemic electrical, telecommunications, network or other utility failures or acts of God, or any other force majeure event.

13. By participating in the Contest, you consent to Versuni collecting, storing, processing and using your personal information solely for the purpose of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, prize fulfilment and compliance with applicable laws. Such personal information shall be processed in accordance with Versuni's applicable privacy practices.

14. No requests for transfer, assignment, substitution or redemption of the Prize shall be entertained.

15. In the event of any dispute or clarification relating to the Contest, the decision of Versuni shall be final and binding on all participants.

16. These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
